Our Story
VisaCheck was founded in 2024 by Jonathan Temporal, an Australian lawyer with a rich background in immigration law. Jonathan's journey began when he immigrated to Australia in 2006, initially as a tourist, but quickly realizing that Australia was destined to be his new home.
Despite being a seasoned lawyer, he found Australia's immigration laws and system dauntingly complex. This personal experience of navigating through the labyrinth of ever-changing regulations and visa classes, culminating in his citizenship in 2012, ignited a passion in him to assist others facing similar challenges.
Qualifying as a solicitor in Australia in 2015 and becoming a Registered Migration Agent in 2017, Jonathan has since dedicated himself to helping individuals, families, and Australian companies navigate the intricate path of immigration.
